About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the B2B sector, effectively communicate the value of our cloud services to prospective clients, and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the client and the company, ensuring sales agreements are aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Alignment with Company Objectives: Stay informed about the company's goals and ensure that your sales strategies are in line with these objectives, contributing to the overall success of the company by meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead by example, mentoring junior sales associates, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on sales activities, lead generation, and revenue projections to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum undergraduate (UG) qualification.
  • Entry-level candidates/recent graduates: good communication & passion for sales.
  • Experienced candidates: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on cloud services or a related field.

Salary Range: ₹850,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum

Estimated Salary: ₹1,000,000 per annum
