The Talent and Culture Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration and coordination of all activities within the Talent and Culture Department. This includes coordinating employee engagement activities, supporting the talent acquisition strategy, maintaining efficient trackers and reporting, and managing T&C administration such as contracts, letters, and personnel files.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist with coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the talent acquisition strategy and maintain efficient trackers and reporting.
  • Manage T&C administration, including contracts, letters, and personnel files.
  • Collaborate with T&C in managing workers compensation claims and ensuring accurate and timely data in T&C systems.
  • Coordinate the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of T&C administration processes.
  • Assist with the employee onboarding and offboarding process.

Requirements:



  • Enthusiastic, driven, and brings positive energy to the role.
  • Completed or currently studying Human Resources or a related qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to connect with people and build relationships across levels.
  • Experience in a generalist Human Resources or hotel operation would be preferred.
