Key Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the Director of Learning and Development, develop an effective annual training plan that meets the needs of associates and assists the hotel in achieving its goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with Heads of Departments on a regular basis regarding specific training requirements within their departments and develop training actions as required.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Communications in work related to employer branding.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of Talent and Culture-related awards.
