We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Profit in Chennai. As an Account Executive with 4 years of experience, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales Management:
    • Engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and free trials.
    • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads based on fit and potential.
    • Leverage CRM insights to prioritize and nurture high-quality inbound leads effectively.
  • Outbound Sales Management:
    • Closed high-value accounts through cold outreach, personalized emails, and LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to drive interest in the product.
    • Strategize account penetration plans and coordinate with BDRs for account mapping.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement and product demos to negotiations and contract closures.
    • Tailor SaaS solutions to address customer challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
    • Lead value-based selling conversations to align SaaS offerings with client business goals.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Partner with marketing and BDR teams to optimize lead quality and messaging for both inbound and outbound channels.
    • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and foster long-term customer relationships.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Market and Product Expertise:
    • Stay informed on SaaS market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging customer needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep knowledge of the product and its applications for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to close both inbound and outbound sales in the US market, with strong consultative selling skills, particularly in identifying customer pain points and linking them to SaaS solutions. Proficiency in sales tools like SalesLoft, Outreach, and CRM platforms is also required.
