Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Industrial Support Services. As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and promoting our services to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • P present and promote our services to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of the corporate sector and understanding of client needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to meet sales goals
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends
