Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Acquisition Relationship Manager to join our Business Banking Team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, risk assessment, and lending transactions. They will be responsible for acquiring new client relationships, structuring and negotiating lending deals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong market connect and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' financial needs and structure lending deals
  • Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to facilitate successful lending transactions
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Cross-sell various banking products to clients to increase revenue
Requirements
  • MBA/CA with relevant experience in client relationship management and lending transactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
