Job Description:The role of Senior Business Development Lead is pivotal in driving business growth and expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the business development function, focusing on generating sales from designated geographies and building continuous business sources.
- Develop strong business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute business development/sales strategies for business growth.
- Sources and secures new accounts/business through networking and other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with the support of the Pre-sales team.
- Create project documents like Feature lists, Service Agreements, according to client requirements, Project Execution Plans, and Business Analysis reports.
- Work across different time zones and regions, working collaboratively as a team.
- Meet Assigned Sales and Revenue Targets and Strategic Objectives.
- Coordinate with in-house and offshore/ 3rd party teams for estimation and technical assistance.
- Manage resources to meet Performance objectives and requirements.
- Experience in writing Tender Bidding proposals, RFPs, high level of effort, and cost estimation to create a techno-commercial proposal.
- Participate in events and tradeshows, with a professional manner and polished appearance which will lead to aid to the intention of gaining new business leads and contacts.
- Creating new channel partners and business avenues.
- Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients.
- Managing the performance of team members assigned.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of business development and sales success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of the industry and market trends.
- An attractive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
