Senior Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Lead to join our team at ITP Media Group.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic individual to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling up business operations, with at least 8 years of experience in digital media sales and advertising.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for the senior management team.
- Make recommendations for sales strategies and process improvements based on market insights.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in digital media sales and advertising.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling up business operations.
- Prior experience as a profit center head is desired.
- Seasoned and successful leader with experience in a major and complex industry or organization.
- Good business acumen to help with the growth of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and high level of integrity and work ethic.
- Good people management skills to ensure everyone is motivated.
