Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Eminenze Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, contractors, builders, and property developers.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and pursue new business leads through various channels, including networking events, trade shows, online platforms, and referrals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and online content that effectively communicates our value proposition.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals with potential customers, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Performance Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
- M.B.A/PGDM degree
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development and sales negotiation skills
