About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Eminenze Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, contractors, builders, and property developers.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and pursue new business leads through various channels, including networking events, trade shows, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and online content that effectively communicates our value proposition.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals with potential customers, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • M.B.A/PGDM degree
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business development and sales negotiation skills
