Parksons Packaging Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of packaging solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager who can drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the packaging industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct market research, gather data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve business goals.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to track sales performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
- At least 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
