We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive growth in Malaysia and expand our regional presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a strong market foothold in Malaysia and meet ambitious revenue and profit targets
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies through collaboration with external agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for clearances and approvals
  • Benchmark competition pricing and branding, and maintain a comprehensive data repository
  • Lead and motivate a diverse international team of professionals

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Drive excellence in trade marketing, sales and distribution, category initiatives, and sales forecasting
  • Meet top-line performance objectives
  • Execute new product launches and brand building/activation initiatives in Malaysia and Singapore
