As a Senior Business Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strategic decision-making for a region. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing a high-performing team and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To contribute meaningfully to business strategy through data-driven insights and qualitative analysis.
  • Develop and lead a dynamic team of professionals, focusing on personal and professional growth.
  • Establish a robust ecosystem for successful design experiences, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services.
  • Drive key performance indicators such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales category penetration, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Act as the voice of the city and customer, providing actionable feedback to improve business outcomes continuously.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with an MBA being highly desirable.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in a senior operating role, managing a revenue-generating team or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and exceptional leadership and people management skills.
