Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Services Segment, you will be responsible for driving business development and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan aligned with our overall strategy.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and set targets for key accounts within the segment.
  • Collaborate with our Strategy and Technical Advisory team to develop effective strategies for tapping into new markets.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to inform our marketing efforts.
Operational Responsibilities:
  • Drive acquisition of large accounts by designing customized Quality of Life solutions and aggressively promoting our value proposition.
  • Oversee the sales management process for new and existing clients to drive growth and penetration.
  • Establish relationships with potential large clients through regular interactions with key decision makers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs to inform our offerings.
