Lead Business Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Business Head to spearhead our Ed-tech firm's growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and team leadership.

This role requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills to drive the organization forward.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and improve profitability.

  • Build and lead high-performing teams to execute business objectives, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.

  • Identify new market opportunities, develop plans to expand customer base, and create innovative solutions to drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development, marketing campaigns, and financial management.

  • Develop and manage the company's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly desirable.

  • Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
