Leverage your expertise in business development, franchise operations, or sales to drive franchise growth and expansion. Collaborate with regional teams to identify high-potential cities for Livspace franchise expansion, conduct market research, and analyze building material data to identify key growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Identification & Strategy: Work closely with regional managers to identify and prioritize target markets for Livspace franchise expansion.
  • Team Management & Collaboration: Manage and support assigned team members to collect, analyze, and call leads from potential areas, ensuring alignment with Livspace's franchise selection criteria.
  • Lead Generation & Meetings: Identify and shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with Livspace's standards, oversee meeting scheduling and alignment with interested prospects in target areas.
  • Area Visits & Prospect Engagement: Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics, strengthen connections, and personally pitch Livspace's franchise model to prospective partners.
  • Franchise Conversion & Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by converting the right profiles into Livspace franchise partners, ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within set timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
