Key Role Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Execution:
    • Define and lead the sales strategy in alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities
    • Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion across all regions
    • Monitor national performance against KPIs; implement targeted interventions to bridge gaps and capture growth opportunities
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and their extended teams
    • Set performance standards, drive accountability, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
    • Build leadership bench strength through capability development and succession planning
  • Market & Channel Expansion:
    • Design and scale distribution strategies, including direct sales, DSAs, connectors, and strategic partnerships
    • Oversee channel activation and penetration across metros, Tier 1, Tier 2, and emerging markets
    • Use competitive intelligence and market insights to refine go-to-market plans and launch new initiatives
