As a seasoned professional in B2B account management, you will oversee the growth of our business partnerships with educational institutions across various regions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth, onboard new clients, and ensure consistent engagement with existing accounts.
About the Role:
- You will lead the onboarding process for new educational institutions, helping them understand how our platform can enhance their services.
- Manage and support these institutions during the initial stages of adoption, providing them with the necessary resources and expertise to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensuring smooth communication and consistent engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new clients and drive sustainable growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
- Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
