
Regional Business Development Manager

As a key member of our business development team, the Regional Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network across designated regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential cities for franchise expansion, conducting market research to analyze building material data and identify key growth opportunities, and managing a team of sales professionals to collect, analyze and call leads from potential areas.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations or sales, as well as a proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding and target achievement. They will also possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Market identification and strategy: Collaborate with regional managers to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion, conduct market research and analyze building material data to identify key growth opportunities.
- Team management and collaboration: Manage and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze and call leads from potential areas, provide guidance, training and support to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Lead generation and meetings: Scrutinize and shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with company standards, oversee scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.
- Area visits and prospect engagement: Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections, personally pitch company's franchise model to prospective partners generating interest and driving conversions.
- Franchise conversion and onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by converting right profiles into company franchises, ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within set timelines.
- Performance management: Achieve franchise onboarding targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently, regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in franchise conversion.
