Franchise Business Development Opportunity

This role requires a strategic and proactive individual with an in-depth understanding of ownership franchise business models, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Expand Franchise Network: Identify and approach potential partners, present our model effectively, negotiate terms, and onboard new partners.
  • Pitching and Sales Strategy: Develop customized pitches, conduct meetings and presentations, and address inquiries and concerns from potential partners.
  • Onboarding and Integration Process: Act as the single point of contact for new partners, ensure all queries are addressed, and facilitate a smooth transition to local management teams.
  • Market Analysis and Lead Generation: Conduct research, identify potential franchise opportunities, and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Relationship Management and Growth: Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • An understanding of franchise model dynamics and motivations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.

Requirements include:

  • 7-10 years of experience in franchise sales, development, and management.
  • A proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities.
  • Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements.
