About the Role:

Job Title: Business Management - GCIB

Job Summary:

The Business Management - GCIB role is responsible for business management planning and administration within the Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) department at MGS India. This involves ensuring stable operations of respective departments within GCIB, including strategy development, monitoring budgets/targets (KPI/KRI), MIS reporting, implementation of regional/global initiatives, and other ad-hoc projects and requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of GCIB in developing business strategy.
  • Take a lead role in implementing global and/or regional initiatives and business strategies.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Monitor the department's financial/KPI/KRI performance and assess against projected targets/thresholds to ensure the department reaches targets.
  • Support the Head and Directors/Team Leads on a regular basis to achieve financial/KPI/KRI targets.
  • Track the department's revenue and expense budget with partnership from the Finance team.
  • Manage MIS and initiate periodical updates/reporting inclusive of interaction with HQ & regional onshore teams.
  • Analyze research material and develop financial models/projections to recommend new initiatives or improvements to stabilize and further expand business capability and present to Senior Management.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build partnerships.
  • Highly organized, with a structured and logical approach, and an ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and capable of developing presentation materials for internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and systems is an advantage.
