Job Title: Performance Marketing Strategist

">About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to join our growth team.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Manage Meta Ads & Google ads, creating and optimizing campaigns to drive revenue and conversions
  • Innovate new campaign ideas and collaborate with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing strategies
  • Track and measure campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable insights
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and cost per install (CPI)
">Requirements:
  • Proven experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively, with a strong understanding of advertising algorithms and metrics
  • Ability to manage large budgets and prioritize campaign spending effectively
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving revenue and conversions
  • Experience working with lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based targeting
