We're Hiring – Marketing & Growth Specialist

Miyapur, Hyderabad | In-office

At Trecasa, we're a young design-build & interiors startup building our core team. We create stylish, modern living spaces for homeowners and real estate investors — and we're looking for someone who can take our brand to the next level.

This is not just another marketing role. You'll be driving growth, shaping strategy, and executing campaigns that deliver results from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with founders to design & execute Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Plan and run Social Media Marketing & SEO campaigns with equal focus.
  • Build and grow the brand organically through strategic content creation.
  • Manage lead generation efforts and track KPIs/ROI for all activities.
  • Experiment with multiple channels to find what works best.
  • Work for blogs, creatives, videos, and other content assets.
  • Guide and coordinate with interns/freelancers where needed.

What We Need

  • Any degree — your skills matter more than your title.
  • 2+ years of overall marketing experience (startup or agency background is a plus).
  • Proven hands-on expertise in SEO & Social Media Marketing.
  • Bonus points for PPC campaign skills & video editing tools.
  • A curious, experimental mindset and the drive to make things happen.
