Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the strategic growth of our e-commerce operations. As Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for driving revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets while crafting a holistic growth strategy across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and implement advanced analytics models to predict demand and manage inventory levels, ensuring high stock turnover rates and minimal stock-outs.
  • Product Development: Define product-market fit and develop localized product offerings, including hero SKUs, new-product roadmaps, and sunset strategies for underperforming lines.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with R&D to adapt formulations for regional regulations and sensorial preferences, negotiate with 3PLs and payment partners to optimize landed costs, and ensure compliance with import duties and GDPR-like mandates.
  • Marketing Strategy: Orchestrate 360° marketing campaigns, allocating budgets for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS), and deploy test-and-learn culture to run A/B tests on funnels, creatives, bundles, and pricing levers.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage cross-functional teams, champion customer obsession, and embody the brand's ethos while driving high-performance execution.
  • Benchmarking and Reporting: Monitor competition, deliver actionable insights on pricing, share-of-voice, and shelf velocity, and present quarterly business reviews to Global Leadership.
