We are seeking a strategic business leader to join our team in Mumbai.

This role will be based on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets, requiring exceptional customer service skills and a strong sense of accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for new business generation & retention of large accounts.
  • Drive discussions with CXO's, Senior Directors and cross sell products with existing clients.
  • Proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing, as well as identifying key decision makers and determining the services and products that best serve client needs.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
  • Domain knowledge preferred, with a focus on employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
  • MBA degree required, along with technical knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
