We seek a seasoned sales professional to spearhead growth initiatives across Eastern India.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage state/city sales teams in Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, and Guwahati.
- Align regional sales execution with national business objectives.
- Strengthen leadership capacity in Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets.
- Owning regional revenue targets and delivering consistent results.
- Driving closures in IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, and drone tech platforms.
- Building multi-sector pipelines across education, smart cities, PSU, logistics, and healthcare sectors.
- Designing localized sales strategies for each state.
- Identifying emerging cities with high digital transformation needs.
- Leading B2B and B2G deal cycles from prospecting to closure.
- Representing the organization at government & enterprise meetings.
- Delivering impactful product demos and executive consultations.
- Building strong C-suite relationships for long-term business partnerships.
- Building and scaling high-performance sales teams across 5 states.
- Leading structured training, mentoring, and performance management initiatives.

- Representing the organization at regional expos, summits, and IT forums.
- Establishing alliances with MSMEs, IT clusters, chambers of commerce, and accelerators.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years managing regional teams.
- Exposure: Strong familiarity with Eastern India's enterprise & government ecosystem.
Desired Skills:
- Regional enterprise/government sales leadership expertise.
- Consultative selling & negotiation skills at CXO level.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) & KPI dashboards.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and one Eastern regional language (Odia, Bengali, Assamese, etc.).
