Salary: ₹ 8 Lakhs - ₹ 12 Lakhs per annum

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Studio4, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and growing the company brand.

You will plan and pitch for construction projects for our BIM based services, design automation services, and AEC software sales to architects, engineers, builders in India.

Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients and decision-makers within the client organization by research, cold calling, web meetings, using social media, and other online research tools.

You will also meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network, attend client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, follow up with client requests until closure of sale, and ensure accurate data entry and management within the company's CRM.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA would be preferable.
  • Experience of 1-3 years (BDE) or 4-6 years (BDM) in sales or marketing of goods or services to architects and builders in Mumbai and Pune.
  • Flair in using software, MS Office, diagrams, and charts.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
