Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representative to handle Inbound calls from existing customers.

This is a full-time position with shifts available between 4pm-10am IST.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication and people skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and operate in multiple applications at one time.

  • Experience working in a Call Center environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
  • Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
  • Strong English communication and people skills – written and verbal communication
