Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide first-level technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and qualify requests from end-users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
  • Process and execute demands/resolve incidents following existing procedures
  • Record, track, and document incidents/service requests using the ticketing system

As a key member of our technical support team, you will work closely with senior technicians and other teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). Your excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach will enable you to adapt your response to user demand and needs.

Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts with up to 6 months experience
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications are a plus. If you have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a friendly and patient demeanor, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
