Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global clients via phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting over the phone for clients with telecom, VoIP, networking, and communications issues.
  2. Handle basic technical queries related to computer hardware and software, operating systems, and networking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of basic networking concepts.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems such as Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
