**Help Desk Support Specialist Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Help Desk Support Specialist to handle customer support activities, including receiving incoming calls, chats, emails & tickets to provide end-to-end technical and general support resolution.

This role requires a strong understanding of technology, software, and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet, identify and resolve issues efficiently, and work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Identify the issue, research, and follow-up steps for resolution of issues
  • Answer incoming calls & chats
  • Troubleshoot device and networking issues reported by the users, acting as a liaison between customers, mobile carriers, client policy and internal teams to provide accurate and timely resolution
  • Provide customer service/tech support via incoming phone calls, email and chat

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. They will also be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
