Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Sonet Microsystems Pvt. Ltd. in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of IT products and solutions.
This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading a team to achieve business targets.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify key opportunities within the IT and technology sector to generate revenue and expand market presence.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in B2B sales, especially in the IT, technology, or solutions-based industry.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing a sales team.
