Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting sales efforts to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads and Identify Opportunities: Prospect and generate leads within the utility, sub-metering, and property management sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs and requirements.
  • Sales Negotiations: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, features, and applications, becoming a trusted advisor to clients in the energy and utility sectors.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and project management teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring they are satisfied with the product/service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the utility, sub-metering, or property management industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients at all levels.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and sales data to develop effective strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating sales terms and conditions to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electric metering solutions and related products is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
