Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at PlastOne. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including fabricators, builders, architects, government officials, and end-users.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market scanning, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand company profiles, product ranges, and technical aspects of uPVC windows.
  • Establish and maintain a database of customers, including fabricators, builders, architects, government officials, and end-users.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree from a recognized university (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
