Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

  1. Maintain and increase sales of our healthy snacking products, including dry fruits, dried fruits, seeds, and dried berries.
  2. Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and new customers, and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  4. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  5. Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market research to inform sales strategies.
