Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.
- Maintain and increase sales of our healthy snacking products, including dry fruits, dried fruits, seeds, and dried berries.
- Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and new customers, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market research to inform sales strategies.
- Proven sales and business development experience in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
