Sinch is a global leader in the CPaaS market, providing businesses with the tools to reach everyone on the planet. We're looking for a highly experienced Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team.
As a Sales and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners and ISVs, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating partnership agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and ISVs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Negotiate partnership agreements
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities
- Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy
Requirements
- At least 8-11 years of experience in Business Development and Partner Management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in managing indirect sales teams and driving financial results through strategic partnerships
- Ability to develop and implement global partner strategies and frameworks
- Experience in setting regional priorities and executing partnership strategies
