Sales Development Manager

At LBR, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in facilitating smooth sales operations by handling inquiries, managing communications, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Communication:
- Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries received via digital channels.
- Engage with architects, interior designers, and other potential clients, addressing their questions and providing detailed information about our products and services.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support:
- Prepare and send quotations, product information, and promotional materials as requested by clients.
- Manage and update client information and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Phone Communications:
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Occasionally follow up with clients via phone to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and client communications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Future Sales Responsibilities:
- As the role evolves, participate in physical sales activities, including client meetings and product demonstrations, as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a luxury or home decor industry.
- Proficient in using email, social media platforms, and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
