Job Title: Sales Executive

At LBR, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in facilitating smooth sales operations by handling inquiries, managing communications, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries received via digital channels.
    • Engage with architects, interior designers, and other potential clients, addressing their questions and providing detailed information about our products and services.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support:
    • Prepare and send quotations, product information, and promotional materials as requested by clients.
    • Manage and update client information and sales leads in the CRM system.
  • Phone Communications:
    • Handle phone inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
    • Occasionally follow up with clients via phone to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales inquiries, and follow-ups.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and client communications.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Future Sales Responsibilities:
    • As the role evolves, participate in physical sales activities, including client meetings and product demonstrations, as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a luxury or home decor industry.
  • Proficient in using email, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
