International Sales Business Development Manager

The Business Development Executive role at Ojasvin Cure Root Pvt Ltd is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals.
About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our international sales efforts in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Building Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and networking.
- Manage and analyze the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to establish competitive advantages.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated sales success in full sales cycles, including deal closing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Arrangements
- Full-time position with five days of work per week.
- Night shift from 9:30 pm to 6:30 am.
- Based in Canada.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
