International Sales Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex sales cycles, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering results-driven solutions. A strong analytical skill set, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and onboard prospective clients
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue
  • Conduct presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts
  • Develop long-term strategies for process improvement
  • Growing existing relationships and exploring new opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing International (Multicultural) Business with long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong team player with a go-getter mindset
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Robust analytical skill set
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, and persuasive skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting and managing deadlines

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
