Job Description

MSX International is seeking a skilled EV Town Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize the productivity of EV Sales Executives and outdoor Test Drive Executives, ensuring they meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring the availability of competent Customer Care Executives.
  • Implement effective Closed Loop Feedback and Post Sales Feedback systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • E nsure adherence to established processes and standards across all regions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the electric vehicle industry, preferably in a dealership or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the region and its customers, with the ability to build strong relationships and promote products effectively.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
