The Role:

We are seeking an International Sales Manager B2B to win, maintain, and expand relationships with international clients and achieve sales and profitability in assigned territories.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for EC-Council's offerings, including revenue and profitability.
  • Identify, build, and manage Total Addressable Market for EC-Council's programs in assigned regions or territories to meet organizational goals.
  • Build and manage suitable engagements with enterprise/channel/academia partners for business development.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Identify new opportunities, implement change, resolve issues, gather competitive information, and identify trends affecting current and future growth of sales and profitability.
  • Generate sales through qualified channels, managing the complete sales process.
  • Run and manage product demos and presentations for potential clients, understanding their needs to provide suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer success teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to promptly address and resolve any customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant (B2B/account management) experience in assigned territories required.
  • Telco/Fin/Consulting/Training industry experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of technologies and cyber-security market trends preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
