**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst - Forecasting Specialist to join our team at Tech Mahindra Business Services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in forecasting, preferably in a call center environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for developing short-term and long-term forecasts for Back Office and other customer interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate forecasts for Back Office and other customer interactions
  • Analyze historical Volume data to identify patterns and trends
  • Create a Capacity Plan and adequate staffing levels based on forecasted demand
  • Generate and present regular reports on forecast accuracy and performance metrics
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and make adjustments as needed to improve prediction models
  • Work closely with Clients, Vendor Partners, Operations, HR, and other departments to align forecasting with business needs

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in forecasting, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
