About the Role

This position involves driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market intelligence, and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transformer industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, industries, and contractors.
  • Monitor and track tenders, quotes, and contracts to maximize winning chances.
  • Manage order collection, bill submission, and MRC tracking for zones and sites.
  • Analyze competition and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Create brand awareness and a positive image for TAL among customers.

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in sales and marketing of power transformers is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
  • The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong customer relationships.

Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
