We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team at Electronica Finance Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and developing strategic sales plans to capture new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and capture new market opportunities.
- Leading a high-performing sales team to achieve team and individual sales goals.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- New Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and drive improvements.
- Market Insights: Staying informed on industry trends and competitors to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 3-5 years of track record in sales management, business development, and client relationship management, preferably in the finance industry or related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and career development opportunities.
