The Job
You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will achieve monthly sales targets by understanding client needs and providing relevant solutions. Other key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead generation and research on target clients
- Meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
The Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years' experience in B2B Sales or Account Management, preferably in the Consulting and IT Services industry. You will possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Lead Generation, Negotiation skills, and Hardware and Software sales.
