Job Overview

We're seeking a Sales Growth Strategist to drive pipeline and revenue generation for one or more of our products. As a key member of our Sales Programs team, you'll be responsible for identifying gaps in our planned path to revenue and creating data-driven plans to address them.

You'll work closely with our segment sales leaders to understand their needs and develop programs to accelerate pipegen and revenue creation for new products. Your goal will be to enable our sales organization with critical data needed to create strategies for pursuing territories and target install base accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a consolidated demand generation plan and calendar to meet pipeline generation targets
  • Prioritizing activities and campaigns through analysis and coordination of the Sales Programs and Marketing teams
  • Monthly briefing to review results, activities, process, and future objectives
  • Working actively on retro sessions with various groups of sales team members to gather continuous feedback
  • Performing operational tasks like creating reports, dashboards, confluence pages, trackers, etc.

Salary Estimate

Rupees Twenty-Five Lakhs to Thirty-Lakh Per Annum (₹25L - ₹30L PA) based on experience and performance
