The Role
We seek a Lead Client Services Director to spearhead client relationships in India and beyond. This role sets the standard for how Mobilise engages with senior clients, ensuring delivery teams stay ahead and build trust that drives growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own senior client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Guide internal teams to deliver strategies and campaigns that meet business needs
- Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions
- Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility
- Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners
Requirements:
- 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B preferred)
- Strong ability to hold senior CMOs and marketing leaders in a room
- Someone who can manage detail and direction
- Track record of running multi-market accounts
