Senior Fundraising Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts and drive sustainable growth. As Senior Fundraising Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that delivers predictable and diversified funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute a 3-year fundraising plan with targets by segment and program.
  • Donor Engagement: Own the full donor lifecycle, from prospecting to stewardship, ensuring strong relationships and optimal donor value.
  • Partnerships & External Relations: Represent us with credibility, secure strategic partnerships, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Brand & Communications: Partner with Comms to run an integrated brand + fundraising calendar, oversee investment-grade proposals, decks, and impact reports.
  • Team Leadership: Lead fundraising efforts across the organization, implement a CRM or DMS, establish clear SOPs, approval matrices, and data hygiene.
What Success Looks Like
  • By Day 90: Board-approved 3-year strategy, live CRM, and qualified prospects.
  • By Day 180: Signed or near-close commitments, corporate/CSR partnerships, and clear donor reporting plan.
  • Annual KPIs: Total funds raised vs plan, renewal rate, upgrade rate, and others as discussed with leadership.

Qualifications
  • Master's in Marketing/Business/Communications or related; fundraising certifications a plus.
  • 8-10+ years of direct fundraising with a proven major-gifts and institutional track record.
  • Experience launching or scaling new initiatives.
  • Strong grasp of donor management, digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign/event orchestration.
