Job Title: Corporate Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Development Executive to drive our corporate partnerships and fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic partnerships, securing funding opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy to drive growth and revenue;
  • Research and build a pipeline of potential corporate partners;
  • Initiate outreach through cold calling and email campaigns;
  • Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings;
  • Support in creating, customizing, and presenting CSR proposals, decks, and donor communications aligned to Schedule VII CSR areas;
  • Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships;
  • Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders;
  • Support donor recognition, acknowledgements, and branding deliverables;
  • Coordinate corporate visits to our Experience Centres and donor engagement events;
  • Assist in organizing fundraising campaigns, workshops, and public-facing CSR events;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields;
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred);
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with experience in cold calling and corporate pitching;
  • Ability to create proposals, presentations, and impact reports;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools;
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi an added plus);
  • Persistence and resilience in prospecting and cold outreach;
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities;
