
Partnership Growth Director

As a Senior Partnership Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of complex and strategic partnership accounts.
You will serve as a technical consultant, business advisor, and implementer of partner-facing business plans and related programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Account management
- Business development
- Business metrics and reporting
- Information and business advisory
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent, minimum 7 years of experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking, preferably with exposure to water, sanitation, or housing loan portfolios.
They will also have demonstrated experience managing MFI partnerships and large loan portfolios, strategic account management, business development, or credit product innovation in the development finance ecosystem.
A strong understanding of customer focus, optimized work processes, effective communication, and values differences is required.
ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain existing partnerships, fostering long-term relationships through high-quality service and support.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and maximizing revenue potential.
Provide expert advice on financial products and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and enhance business outcomes.
