Role Overview

This is a high-ownership, execution-first position designed for a skilled and motivated graduate from a top-tier college who wants to work directly with the founders on growth strategies, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, supporting partnerships, managing GTM workflows, and enabling cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will be deeply involved in partnership structuring, outreach, client success initiatives, and operational enablement—with an expectation of hands-on ownership and fast execution.

This role offers firsthand visibility into how a venture-backed AI startup builds and scales partnerships, GTM motion, and enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth & GTM Execution: Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
  • Partnership & Strategic Projects: Assist in structuring partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations.
  • Business Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs.
  • Operational Support for Growth: Coordinate founder calendars around growth and partnership deliverables.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, BITS, IIMs, SRCC, St. Stephens, Ashoka, ISBF, etc.)
  • 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus)
  • Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools
